Bright Moments presents 100 Print by Ben Kovach - a new generative Art Blocks Playground collection and exhibition in our Soho New York City gallery this May.

100 PRINT will be 100 generative pieces that are pre-minted with physical prints displayed on-site in a two day (May 18 - 19) private event for Draft Pick holders. Token holders will claim their piece in order of their Draft Pick, from lowest token ID to highest token ID. Each collector will also receive a signed and framed print of their selected piece.

Starting today, April 20 at 12 PM ET, collectors can secure their Draft Pick through a public dutch auction sale. 23 Draft Picks will be reserved for Bright Moments & Ben Kovach collectors at a 50% discount of the dutch auction floor price.

75 Picks via Dutch Auction Sale

On April 20, 2022, the first 75 Draft Picks will be available for purchase through a dutch auction.

• Auction Start Time: Apr 20, 2022 at 12:00 PM ET
• Tokens Available for Purchase: 75
• Auction Duration: 320 blocks or approximately 70 minutes
• Price Decline Intervals: 20 blocks or approximately 5 minutes
• Purchase Limit: 1 purchase per ETH address
• Starting Price: 50 ETH
• Ending Price: 1 ETH

1. Use the Dutch Auction website by connecting your wallet and clicking “Purchase”
2. Directly through the smart contract using Etherscan’s interface

Please note that minting through Etherscan is for experts only. Below are instructions for using Etherscan:

1. Go to the dutch auction smart contract on Etherscan (0xeADDbe18595ef7a45c540ecD01a12997856D6983)
2. Click "Connect to Web3" to connect your wallet
3. Find Write as Proxy option #2 "bid", expand the menu
4. Enter the ETH amount (i.e. 12) in the bid amount field
5. Click the "Write" button and confirm the transaction in your wallet

23 Picks via Community Discounted Sale

On April 27, 2022, the next 23 Draft Picks will be randomly distributed to Ben Kovach’s and Bright Moments’ communities at a 50% discount of the Dutch Auction floor price.

These 23 Draft Picks will be randomly distributed as follows:

• 14 Draft Picks to collectors of the Ben Kovach NFT art, which includes:
  • Edifice
  • Ricercar
  • 1/1 Foundation NFTs
• 9 Draft Picks to holders of CryptoCitizens within the Bright Moments DAO

Holders must opt-in to be eligible, below are the key dates to know:

How to opt-in by April 27

1. Hold at least one (1) of Ben Kovach’s NFTs and/or CryptoCitizen NFTs by the snapshot date (April 27). Each NFT held will count as a single entry into the giveaway, meaning that holding multiple CryptoCitizens or Kovach NFTs will improve one’s chances of being selected.
